Description Microsatellite multilocus genotypes for 903 individuals of Pyura chilensis collected in the southern Pacific coasts of Chile. Each row contains multilocus genotypic data for one individual. The first column contains the sampling site code, the second column contains the Point ID code, the third column contains the Percha ID code, the fourth column contains the Individual ID and the fifth column contains the sampling locality name.
