Description This XML file contains an alignment (rbcL, matK, psbA-trnH) of 540 pine rockland plant taxa as well as the hyperpriors used to estimate a community phylogeny in BEAST. This analysis included taxonomic and topological constraints implemented with a starting tree and in BEAST, as well as nine fossil constraints.
