Table S6. Evaluation of morphological, molecular, and immunological hypotheses of pyroglyphid dust mite relationships using an approximately unbiased test (AU) and three other common measures: bootstrap (BP), weighted versions of Kishino-Hasegawa (WKH) and Shimodaira-Hasegawa (WSH) tests.
