Abstract

We investigated the response of hybrid poplar to the effect of high Zinc (Zn) concentrations. Plant responses to Zn were determined by comparing photosynthetic-related traits (light-saturated photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, mesophyll conductance the maximum rate of carboxylation (Vcmax), and the maximum rate of electron transport (Jmax)) measured at 0 mM and 1 mM of soil Zn.

Methods

ACi response curves measured at saturating light using li-6400 for hybrid poplar clone.
