Abstract

713 3D plant shoot architectures from 3 species (Tomato, Tobacco, Sorghum), scanned across multiple conditions (ambient light, high-heat, high-light, vegetative shade, drought), and through 20-30 developmental time-points. Also included are architectures of Arabidopsis wildtype (Columbia-0) and 10 genetic mutants.
