Abstract
This dataset, Human RAD54 inhibitor screen: summary of 158 compounds identified as 'hits', accompanies the manuscript, Small molecule inhibitors of a human recombination-associated ATPase, RAD54. 158 compounds identified as inhibitory to the ATPase activity of purified human RAD54 on dsDNA (pUC19) in a primary malachite green phosphate detection assay are catalogued in an Excel document, with annotation describing follow-up in secondary assays (including IC50 values, DNA dependence of ATPase inhibition & class assignments, TopoI inhibition, structural similarity to known DNA intercalators, SF50 (toxicity to HEK293), combination index (CI) with mitomycin C (MMC) or cisplatin (CsPt), reversibility/irreversibility of RAD54 inhibition, PAINS classifications).
Methods
Please refer to Materials and Methods of the associated manuscript, Small molecule inhibitors of the human recombination-associated ATPase, RAD54. Data in fields for secondary assays were manually curated.
